Here are some simple steps to add your company logo to your Gmail:
1: Open your Google workspace admin console and go to Menu

2: In Menu open Account and click on Account settings

3: Click on the Logo

4: Now select the image you want to upload as a logo

Once the file is uploaded, if needed click on the check box “Show this logo on all users created the classic site” for allowing your logo to be used whenever you sign into any site
5: Now select the image you want to upload as a logo

7: Your logo will be displayed for preview, now save to complete the process
