For ease of understanding, this section has been divided into two parts, the first part covers the Refund and Cancellation of G-Suite accounts and the second part covers that of customized business applications. Part I - G-Suite Accounts G-Suite accounts once purchased are not refundable. This is in line with the practices followed by all G-Suite resellers. Part II - Customized Business Applications The customer has 14 days from the date of purchase of Customized Business Applications from Magikos Cloud Pvt Ltd (referred to as “the Company” in rest of this document) to request a refund/cancellation. Each request should be accompanied by valid reasons for the same. The Company will assess each refund/cancellation request on case-to-case basis and issue refund/cancellation where it determines that the Customized Business Application is not able to meet the original requirements of the customer. The Company will not issue a refund if it determines that the customer has fulfilled the use case of Customized Business Application in the first 14 days and then applied for a refund. Refunds : If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Late or missing refunds : If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
