Presenting like a Pro with Slides: Speaker Notes and Q & A in Google Slides!
Imagine this scenario. Tom is a regular guy who uses a regular office tool for making his office presentations. Tom has to give a presentation and he is really tense as it is an important one. Finally, on the day of the presentation, he is as prepared as he could be but while giving the presentation he forgets some important figures he was supposed to mention. Another thing that happens during the presentation is that he is getting interrupted by questions from his colleagues and superiors. This stretched the time duration of the presentation. In the end, he didn’t even have time for the important questions and he randomly answered just a few basic ones. As you can see the presentation did not go well and his colleagues and superiors were disappointed in him. This could happen to anyone.
Now meet Anthony. He uses Slides from G Suite to make his presentations. He too has to give an important presentation but he is chill as a cucumber. He was as prepared as he could be for the presentation but he forgets some important figures he was supposed to mention. But lucky him as he can rely on the speaker notes of all the important figures which he made in Google Sheets. He just looks up those and continues with the presentation.
Another thing that happens is that during the presentation he is getting questions from his colleagues and superiors. But as they were simply putting the questions on the link which he had provided with the Q and A feature of Slides he waited to answer them at the end of the presentation. In the end, his job was made easy as he answered the questions with the most likes and cleared all the doubts in the given time. The presentation went well and he was appreciated by his superiors and colleagues. This happens only with Super Simple Cloud’s G Suite users.
